Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of New Site Radar (the "Service"), operated by TENSO LLC, a limited liability company based in Colorado, USA ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The data is estimated

Traffic, growth, keyword, backlink and revenue figures are estimates from third-party data providers and our own models, not figures reported by the sites. Revenue ranges in particular are modelled from traffic and public prices. We describe our sources, rules and known limitations in the methodology, but we do not guarantee that any figure is complete, accurate or current. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

2. Not investment or business advice

Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or business advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or build anything. Verify information independently before relying on it.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

4. Pro subscriptions

• Pro costs $19 per month or $149 per year (USD), plus any applicable tax, billed in advance through Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Founding offer: the promotion code FOUNDING gives the first 50 annual subscribers their first year for $99, redeemable until November 5, 2026. Renewals are at the standard annual price in effect at renewal.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your account's billing page. Access continues until the end of the paid period; there are no partial-period refunds except as below.
• Refunds: if you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. Email hello@newsiteradar.com. Renewal payments are not refunded.
• Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you before they take effect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download or resell the Service's data, or use it to build a competing dataset;
• share your account or get around the free-plan limits;
• interfere with the Service or attempt to access data you are not entitled to.

Quoting individual figures with a link back to the relevant page is welcome. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Listed sites

Site names and trademarks belong to their owners; listing a site does not imply any relationship with it. Owners can request removal at hello@newsiteradar.com.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
