Billing FAQ
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. If Pro isn't for you, email hello@newsiteradar.com within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next one.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account's billing page, at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then does not renew. Your watchlist is kept; sites beyond the free limit of 10 just can't be added until you're back under it.
- Do I get an invoice?
- Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, which emails a receipt for every charge; invoices can be downloaded from the billing page. The charge on your card statement comes from our operating company, TENSO LLC.
- Where does the data come from?
- Traffic estimates from TabAPI, cross-checked against DataForSEO and the Tranco ranking; registration dates from RDAP; payment providers and prices from crawling each site's own pages. All figures are estimates — the methodology explains each source and its limits.
- Is there a free trial?
- No trial, but no need for one: every site page and a 20-site sample of each board are free, so you can judge the data before paying.
